Founded by Idil Wittmann-Abubakar in Zurich, Switzerland, Gole Consulting brings together decades of global expertise in strategic thinking, intercultural training, and project management. She holds a degree in Managerial Information Systems and Operational Management, as well as a Master’s in International Relations. She is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of international experience spanning higher education, life sciences, and entrepreneurship, specialising in systems thinking, design, and service excellence.
Ms. Wittmann-Abubakar has designed and led programs on leadership, culture, and identity at renowned institutions, including Harvard University and Zurich University of Applied Sciences. As a Swiss-American citizen born in East Africa, she speaks four languages and brings a unique multicultural perspective, having lived and worked across four continents, including North America and North Africa.
Her diverse background and academic foundation enhance her ability to drive cultural transformation and innovation, making her a sought-after expert in facilitating impactful organizational change.
